Cancellation, returns & refunds
Cancelling an enquiry or order request
You may ask us to close an unconfirmed enquiry or order request by contacting orders@belmicrosolar.com with your reference. The website itself collects no payment, so closing a website request does not trigger a website payment refund.
Confirmed orders and payments
For a confirmed purchase or installation, the accepted quotation and order terms state cancellation arrangements, any custom procurement or completed work, and the handling of payments. Ask for these terms before paying. Any proposed deduction must be explained against the work or procurement applicable to your order and applicable consumer rights.
Damaged, incorrect or defective equipment
Contact orders@belmicrosolar.com with your reference, a description of the issue and supporting photographs or documents where available. We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate inspection, correction, replacement, return or refund process. Manufacturer warranty procedures may also apply.
Return arrangements
Please contact us before returning equipment. We will confirm the return address, collection or shipping arrangements and the treatment of any shipping costs for your case. Preserve packaging where practical. Do not assume that a product intended for return is safe to install or operate.
Refund confirmation
Where a refund is agreed or required, obtain written confirmation of the amount, any explained deductions, method and processing timeline. This website does not offer a payment gateway or store payment-card details.
